Wellsite Geology - Procedures & Responsibilities Course

Overview: Covers the relationship between wellsite service contractors and the Wellsite Geologist plus the relationship between the Operations Geologist and the Wellsite Geologist. Explanation of the bureaucracy involved at the wellsite is included. This is based on HRH Geology procedures but can be modified to suit individual client requirements.

Duration: Two days.

Suitable for : Operator staff geologists who may be assigned to wellsite duties, or who will shadow consultant wellsite geologists on experience gathering wellsite trips. The course is also useful for experienced mud loggers making the transition to consultant wellsite geologist roles.
